Teacher Training: Where Play has Purpose

Friday, October 23 | 1:30-7:30pm

Forte Women’s Wellness Sanctuary

13316 Madison Ave.

Lakewood, OH 44107

The best kids yoga classes aren't about getting every child to do every pose. They're about creating an environment where children naturally want to participate.

Learn how to hold space, direct energy, build connection, and lead classes that children genuinely look forward to—where play has purpose and children feel capable, confident, and free to be themselves.

Together we'll explore movement, breathwork, storytelling, games, and meaningful moments of rest that help children build confidence, practice focusing on one thing at a time, navigate big feelings, and discover the confidence to be themselves.

More than a kids yoga training, this is a practical approach to working with children. Whether you're teaching yoga, leading a classroom, running a camp, supporting children through therapy, or raising your own family, you'll leave with tools you can begin using immediately.

This training is designed for yoga teachers, educators, therapists, parents, childcare professionals, camp staff, and anyone who loves working with children. No previous kids yoga experience is required.
