About Happy Me Kids Yoga
Happy Me Kids Yoga is a Cleveland-based kids yoga program offering fun, engaging, and educational yoga experiences for children of all ages — from infant Mommy & Me classes through the teen years.
Rather than operating out of one single space, Happy Me brings yoga directly to the places where kids already gather — libraries, schools, metroparks, daycares, community spaces, and private events throughout Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs.
We believe that introducing yoga at an early age helps children build confidence, creativity, focus, self-regulation, and healthy tools for navigating stress and big emotions — skills that support them both on and off the mat.
In every Happy Me class, children explore:
Yoga poses and mindful movement
Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques
Meditation and body awareness
All taught through play-based learning — including songs, games, storytelling, crafts, and imagination.
At Happy Me Kids Yoga, kids don’t just do yoga — they play yoga. They learn to listen to their bodies, express themselves, and discover that they always have the power to pause, breathe, and choose happy.

Open Classes for all ages
We have Baby & Me classes, Preschool Yoga, and Yoga for Big Kids throughout Cleveland and surrounding communities - all are welcome.
Custom classes for your program
We partner with schools and community organizations to deliver movement-based programs that support focus, self-regulation, and emotional awareness. Through yoga, breathwork, and play, kids build tools they can use both in and out of the classroom.
Programs are fully customizable and designed to complement your existing curriculum or event goals.
