This is a chance for children ages 7-12 to dip their toes into a yoga adventure! Explore calming breathwork, strength‑building stretches and balance challenges while moving like their favorite sea creatures. Guided rest helps kids to recharge, while each activity is designed to build confidence, emotional awareness and tools to navigate stress. It’s a supportive underwater adventure that encourages self‑esteem, resilience and the joy of caring for both body and mind.
