It's time to play yoga! Join Miss Halle in our Preschool Yoga & Mindfulness class at the Parma-Snow Library. We will build strength, courage, social skills, calmness, and connection to breath all while having fun playing on our mats. Class will consist of yoga pose games, mindfulness activities, guided meditations for little ones, and all the yoga fun. Guardian participation is required. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.
