Kids Yoga + STEAM & Craft (Grades 1–5)

Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for an interactive kids yoga class that blends movement, mindfulness, creativity, and play. Through yoga poses, games, breathing exercises, and teamwork activities, children will build confidence, focus, body awareness, and healthy tools for managing big feelings — all in a way that feels fun and engaging for school-age kids.

Each class also incorporates a themed STEAM concept and a take-home craft to encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning beyond the mat.

Expect a class that’s playful, active, and age-appropriate — where kids can move, explore, create, and choose happy. Cost is free! Registration is not required for this event. See link below for info.
