Our Midday Kids Yoga class offers a fun and supportive space for older kids to explore mindfulness, movement, and self-expression. Designed for growing minds and bodies, our 45-minute class is play-based yet intentional, weaving together strengthening and stretching yoga poses, calming breathwork, journaling, and restorative relaxation.
The daytime schedule makes this class especially well-suited for homeschool families, though all children ages 7 and up are welcome. Our goal is to help kids feel confident, connected, and comfortable being themselves while giving them practical tools to manage stress, build self-esteem, and develop healthy habits around rest and self-care.
*Our cancellation window is 3 hours prior to the start of class. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so online or via the app at least 3 hours before class begins, and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start time are considered late cancellations, and the class credit will not be returned.
