Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for a playful Homeschool Yoga class designed especially for elementary-age yogis! Through yoga poses, movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, we’ll build strength, self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience—all while connecting and having fun with other homeschool friends.

No yoga experience needed. Just come ready to move, play, and learn!
