Join us for a special Thanksgiving-themed Mommy & Me Yoga class! We’ll move through gentle yoga poses, have baby dance parties, sneak in a mini sculpt workout for mom, and even find a moment of rest in a supported shh-vasana. Our themed songs and poses celebrate gratitude, family, and the joy of the season.

Feel free to dress your babies in their Thanksgiving best (bonus points for little turkeys 🧡). Class is geared for babies ages 2 weeks-2 years — this class is all about connection, movement, and joy.

$10. The cancellation window is 3 hours. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so prior to 3 hours of class start time and you will be refunded.
