Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for our monthly Mommy + Me Yoga class at Forte! This month, we’re welcoming the start of fall with Apple of My Eye—a sweet September class designed for moms and their little ones ages 2 months–2 years.

We’ll play yoga together with apple-themed songs, gentle baby stretches, movement and sensory play, plus a mini yoga sculpt just for mom. We’ll wrap up with a cozy shh-vasana and a little time to connect with the community of moms this class has grown into.

A playful morning for baby, a little movement for you, and time together with the apple of your eye.

Want to lean into the theme? Dress your little apple in red or green, an apple-print outfit, or anything that feels like fall! Totally optional—come just as you are.

Our cancellation window is 3 hours prior to the start of class. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so online or via the app at least 3 hours before class begins, and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start time are considered late cancellations, and the class credit will not be returned.
