Mommy & Me Yoga: Butterflies & Bumblebees Edition

Join us for a playful Mommy & Me Yoga class inspired by butterflies, bumblebees, and the magic of summertime.

Together we'll flutter, buzz, stretch, and explore gentle yoga poses through imaginative movement and song. Expect baby dance parties, a light sculpt moment for mom, and plenty of opportunities to move, play, and connect with your little one. We'll finish with a cozy, supported shh-vasana as our busy bees settle in for a moment of calm.

We'll imagine flying from flower to flower, growing in the sunshine, and spreading our wings as we move through this joyful summer adventure together.

Feel free to dress you and your little one in floral prints, butterfly wings, yellow and black, or whatever makes you feel ready for a day in the garden.

This class is designed for babies ages 2 months–2 years and is all about bonding, mindful movement, and shared joy.
