Mommy & Me Yoga: Under the Sea Edition

Join us for a playful Mommy & Me Yoga class inspired by water-life and the magic of the sea.

Together we'll swim, splash, stretch, and explore gentle yoga poses through imaginative movement and song. Expect baby dance parties, a light sculpt moment for mom, and plenty of opportunities to move, play, and connect with your little one. We'll finish with a cozy, supported shh-vasana as our little sea creatures drift peacefully with the waves.

We'll imagine swimming through colorful coral reefs, gliding alongside friendly sea turtles, sparkling like schools of fish, and discovering ocean treasures as we move through this magical underwater adventure together.

Feel free to dress you and your little one in ocean blues, sea creature costumes, mermaid tails, shark shirts, or anything that makes you feel ready to dive under the sea!

This class is designed for babies ages 2 months–2 years and is all about bonding, mindful movement, and shared joy.
