Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for our monthly Mama + Me Yoga class at Forte! This month, we’re celebrating Halloween with a playful morning for moms and their littlest yogis, ages 2 months–2 years.

We’ll play yoga together with Halloween-themed songs, gentle baby stretches, movement and sensory play, plus a mini yoga sculpt just for mom. We’ll wrap up with an extra cozy shh-vasana and time to connect with the community of moms this class has grown into.

Costumes encouraged for BOTH mom + baby! Come dressed up together, coordinate your costumes, or simply wear something festive—totally optional, but we’d love to see our little yogis (and their mamas!) dressed for Halloween.

A little movement, a little Halloween fun, and intentional time together with your favorite little boo.
