Mama + Me Pilates

This one’s for you, mama.
Join us for a special Mother’s Day–themed Mama + Me Pilates class designed for moms — with your baby right by your side. No babysitter needed, no guilt, just time to move your body and feel like you again.
This is a Pilates-based sculpt class focused on strengthening, lengthening, and reconnecting to your core, all while your little one hangs nearby (or joins in when they want to). We fully embrace the pauses, the snuggles, and the real-life moments — it’s all part of it.
Best suited for babies who are not yet mobile or who can comfortably stay close to your mat throughout class.
Bring whatever your baby may need (carrier, blanket, toys, snacks), and come as you are.

Our cancellation window is 3 hours prior to the start of class. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so online or via the app at least 3 hours before class begins, and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Join us for a special Mother’s Day–themed Mommy & Me Yoga class filled with connection, movement, and a little extra love.
We’ll flow through gentle yoga poses, enjoy baby dance parties, sneak in a mini sculpt moment for mom, and settle into a cozy, supported shh-vasana with cuddles and calm.
A few little Mother’s Day touches to make you feel celebrated (because you deserve it).
Feel free to dress you and your little one in something that feels special — soft florals, neutrals, matching moments, or just your coziest outfits 🤍
This class is designed for babies ages 2 months–2 years and is all about bonding, mindful movement, and shared joy.
