Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for our bi-monthly Kids Nature Yoga class at the West Creek Nature Center with the Cleveland Metroparks!

This class offers a fun and supportive space for our older kids to explore mindfulness, movement, and self-expression. We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga class that’s play-based yet thoughtfully designed for growing minds — including journaling, calming breathwork, strengthening and stretching yoga poses, and restorative relaxation.

Created to help kids feel confident, connected, and comfortable being themselves, this class gives them tools to manage stress, build self-esteem, and embrace rest and self-care.

Following yoga, the Metroparks will lead a craft and/or mindfulness activity in nature, such as a hike or nature-based project.

Class is geared for ages 7+.

Please note: our Kids Nature Yoga class is now designed for our older kiddos. If your little one has enjoyed this program in the past, you’ll now find that class listed as Preschool Nature Yoga.
