Join Happy Me Kids Yoga for our monthly Preschool Nature Yoga & Craft class at the West Creek Nature Center with the Cleveland Metroparks!

We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga class filled with big breaths, mindful movement,  We’ll take big yoga breaths, move mindfully, and connect with nature and one another — all while playing yoga!  Our classes are laid-back and play-based, making all the benefits of yoga accessible and enjoyable for little ones.

After yoga, kids will create their own take-home nature craft, provided by the Metroparks. Families are encouraged to pack a lunch and stay to enjoy the trails and explore everything West Creek has to offer.

This class is geared for ages 2–6, but all are welcome.

Please note: this is the same Kids Nature Yoga class the Metroparks has offered for the past four years. We’ve updated the name to “Preschool Nature Yoga” to better reflect the age group, as we’ve now added a bi-monthly Kids Yoga class for our older participants.
