Yoga is all about the connection between moving, breathing, resting, and having fun! In our Tween Yoga classes, we will practice yoga poses, meditations, and mindful activities that foster awareness, positive self-talk, healthy outlets for stress, and creating our own sense of calm. Classes are geared for ages 9-13.

Drop into 1 class for $18 or register for 3 class session for $45.
