A family-friendly class for all ages. We will move, sing, play yoga, and laugh together. Each class teaches kids poses, breath work, guided meditation/relaxation, and more. We will be making a footprint memory keepsake craft on a canvas banner for this class. Join us!

In Kids Intermediate Aerial Yoga, kids will build on their existing aerial skillset and learn more advanced tricks, flips, and wraps. Each class will focus on specific aerial moves, transitions, and/or sequences in the hammock.

Ages 6+. Students must have attended at least 3 aerial classes in the past and know how to safely go upside down by themselves in the hammock. OR they must have prior approval from the instructor prior to registration.

In Preschool Yoga, we'll play games on our mat, learn yoga poses, and use our big yoga breath to laugh, connect, and make other little yogi friends. We'll also create our own take-home craft. Class will end with a a little playtime and imagination time in the aerial hammock.

It's the most magical time of the year!

We all have magic inside of us - we call this energy. This kids yoga workshop will focus on what makes our energy special, how we grow our energy brighter (like fairies), and how we use our energy to create this season of giving and joy.

Ages 6+

Camp includes yoga class, aerial yoga, take-home fairy craft, crystals, and more.

Yoga is all about the connection between moving, breathing, resting, and having fun! In our Tween Yoga classes, we will practice yoga poses, meditations, and mindful activities that foster awareness, positive self-talk, healthy outlets for stress, and creating our own sense of calm. Classes are geared for ages 9+.

We keep these classes small to ensure we're tailoring to each student and create the class based on their needs interests. Some classes will include a craft.
